What is your shipping timeline?

Our shipping timelines vary depending on the product you’ve ordered.

All clothing items typically take 3 to 15 working days to ship. Specific timelines are mentioned under each product in the description section. Working days are Monday to Friday — weekends are not included in the shipping estimate.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking details via email on your registered ID.

Important: Please do not accept any parcel that appears tampered. We will not be responsible for damaged or compromised packages once accepted.

Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible exchanges within India.

In rare cases, reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. If that happens, we may request you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.

Where are my tracking details?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking information. Keep an eye out!
