π Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

We offer reverse pickup for eligible orders within India.

If your pincode isnβt serviceable, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse.

Once approved by our QC team, youβll receive βΉ150 Store Credit to cover your shipping cost.

β Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

If cancelled after dispatch, βΉ160 will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once dispatched.
π International Orders

Customers must self-ship returns and bear all shipping/customs charges.

No reverse pickup or exchanges available for international orders.

Refunds or Store Credit will be issued for the product value only.

If someone is traveling from your country to India, you may return the product through them to avoid shipping costs.
π° Refund Timeline

Refunds take 7β14 working days.

Once your return reaches us, our team takes 1β2 days to inspect.

Internal processing takes 2β3 days, and banks may take another 2β3 days to reflect the refund.

A flat fee of βΉ200 is deducted for money refunds (not applicable for damaged items).

For COD orders, refunds are issued via an online link sent to your registered email/phone. If not redeemed within 3 months, contact support for a new link.
